**36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

**This is the job**:
We are looking for an engaging, self-motivated Quality Compliance and auditing trainer to join us here at Prestige. You will be dynamic, and forward thinking with proven experience of inspiring and leading others.

As part of a wider team, you will be responsible for the deployment of best practice processes and procedures against all of our learning.

Utilising your excellent communication and planning skills, you will be key in shaping the future of how training in this area is organised and delivered, and fundamental in supporting staff in our new and upcoming AA Branded Autocentres

**What will I be doing?**:

- Utilising your knowledge to deliver effective, flexible training in accordance with the annual training plan and Outdoor Operations Learning requirements, ensuring timely evaluation of all learning delivery is completed and reported on.
- Incorporating your facilitation and presentational skills to support the delivery of inductions to new starters, in accordance with Outdoor Operations Learning requirements
- Providing expert advice, coaching and guidance to all business units on learning queries
- Owning, managing and improving all learning content. Leaning on your understanding of creating online and in person learning solutions, you will provide guidance for technical designers on learner requirements and mandatory elements for inclusion in learning collateral
- Collaborating with technical designers to proactively develop new or improved content to further improve the learning offering available to patrols.
- Maintaining an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods through continuous personal development as set by the Training & Competence Manager
- Ensure Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) is embedded in the culture of the AA to deliver the six customer outcomes of right culture, right information, right delivery, right targeting, right advice, and right post sales treatment

**What do I need?**:

- City & Guilds Automotive level 3 or equivalent qualifications / appropriate experience
- Experience in a training environment within the motor industry
- Have knowledge of future automotive legislation relating to vehicle developments and new technology
- Be willing to travel throughout the UK

Desirable: EV trained
