Exmouth, United Kingdom St Peter's Preparatory School Full time

St Peter’s Preparatory School, Lympstone, is one of the most successful and forward-looking independent preparatory schools in the South West, awarded a ‘significant strength’ in our most recent ISI Inspection (May 2024), and we pride ourselves on high quality teaching. The School sits in a large rural site in East Devon surrounded by fields with unrivalled views over farmland down to the River Exe; a truly beautiful part of the country to live and work.

We are seeking an inspirational Games Coach, with a specialism in hockey, to provide high-quality coaching across a range of sporting disciplines to both boys and girls. You will engage with pupils of all abilities, encouraging participation and promoting ‘sport for all’ while fostering a love of sports in our vibrant school community. The role will include managing allocated teams during fixtures and actively contributing towards the School’s co-curricular programme, as well as reporting on pupil progress.

We are looking for someone with a positive and proactive approach, with a love and enthusiasm towards the education of children. The successful applicant will be required to have hockey coaching qualifications, alongside wide sporting experience. A valid lifeguarding qualification is desirable, but not essential.
