We are recruiting on behalf of our client for home care assistants to work within the Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire area.

Exciting opportunities for home care assistants / support workers to deliver home care and support services within the Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire area, who are either experienced home care assistants or are looking to further their careers or for individuals wanting to start a new career as a home care assistant in the care industry. If you are currently working as a care assistant this maybe the right move for you.

No experience as a care assistant is necessary as full training and care induction courses will be provided.

**Care Assistant Duties**

No two days are the same working as a home care assistant / support worker, each day is full of new experiences.

Your regular duties will include:

- Assisting service users and preparing them for the day
- Shopping
- Helping with washing and personal care
- Meal Preparation
- Medication support
- General care
- Routine household and domestic duties

As a care assistant you will travel to our service user’s home to provide the care and support needed, therefore a driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential to undertake the role of care assistant in the Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire area.

As a care assistant / support worker you will be warm, friendly, with a strong work ethic, a cheerful outlook, and a genuine passion to make a difference in care.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour
