Quite simply, we want to work with people who can overcome complex problems by making them look easy. We’re passionate about investing in people and below are some of the attributes you may already have:

- Proven experience as a Digital Designer or UI/UX Designer
- Experience in one or more of the following: Web design, app design, print, branding, design systems, UX design, UI design
- A deep understanding and working knowledge of both UI and UX design and the Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects (desirable)
- Confident in managing clients and other stakeholders
- Openness to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, work both independently and as part of a team, and problem-solve in all areas
- Able to articulate ideas and solutions effectively to the team
- Ability to work in a team comprising of both technical and non-technical members
- Ability to work with less senior members of the team and help them develop and work more efficiently

It would also be beneficial if you had any experience with:

- HTML/CSS
- Accessibility and compatibility issues
- Branding
