The finance department operates as a shared services function across our UK, US and European businesses. Out team is made up of over 70 finance professionals across transactional processing, commercial finance & FP&A, management accounting, payroll and internal audit.

Now is the ideal time to shape our finance processes to scale with the increasing needs and complexities of the business.
As our Finance Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our finance transformation. This will include both technology, process and working practices changes.
**About You**
- GBS/Shared services transformation experience, including digital transformation
- Significant project management experience
- Business case development
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative
- Gravitas and the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across the business
- Starter-finisher who is happy to get their hands dirty
