The firm has developed a worldwide reputation for providing a comprehensive and value driven service for their clients in the public and commercial sectors. You will be part of a consultancy service that covers the whole project lifecycle from initial inception,through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase. Projects are procured from a core of regular repeat clients and typically range in value from £5m - £50m, with some over £250m. Having also secured places on a numberof frameworks, the team is expanding to deliver an exciting mix of projects across a range of sectors. A heavy bias will be on Healthcare, and Housing Association development, representing some key accounts.
Working directly with an Associate or Director to successfully deliver all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. With a passion for first class service delivery, you will be part of a team driving performance standards to ensure a professional,premium quality services to the construction industry. The role will involve some client facing capacity to help reinforce the company’s profile as one of the best.

Interest is welcome from qualified surveyors and employers agents, ideally with with a Cost Management background. You will need solid career history, ideally working on behalf of a recognised Consultancy, Client, or Main Contractor. Cross Sector experienceis preferred but exposure to Housing Association and Healthcare sector experience would be advantageous.
