We are now recruiting for a reliable experienced housekeeping supervisor with an excellent work ethic. We provide our quests with quality accommodation and facilities and therefore request our staff take pride in their own work.

The successful applicant will be able to supervise the cleaning of guest accommodation and public areas to ensure that the hotel is cleaned to a high standard within tight deadlines. Tasks will include:
Supervision of housekeeping team

Maintaining and continually improving cleaning standards and exceeding guest expectations

Checking all areas before, during and at the end of each shift, ensuring our high standards are maintained; you’ll also carry out daily maintenance and cleanliness checks across all areas of both guest and colleague facing areas

Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

**The kind of person we're looking for**:
You have strong previous experience within a similar role, ideally within the Hospitality industry

Well organised, punctual and willing to work a flexible schedule, you’re approachable, helpful and self-motivated

You have a strong grasp of English language

You're highly motivated and possess an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering high standards for our guests

You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner; as well as excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards

You're a strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eye for detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
