We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive accessible, professional, and high-quality support. In this vital role, you’ll put customers at the heart of everything you do—whether you're assisting them via our Service Centre or Contact Centre.

You’ll work to resolve queries at first contact, helping to deliver better outcomes and lasting solutions. If you take pride in maintaining the highest standards of service and want to make a real difference in your community, we want to hear from you.

**About you**:
We're looking for a confident and capable **Customer Services Advisor - Adult Social Care** who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll handle a wide range of public enquiries across multiple communication channels, offering clear, fluent, and accurate support with professionalism and tact—even when dealing with complex or challenging situations.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of equality and how discrimination can impact both individuals and service delivery. A recognised customer care qualification or relevant experience is required, along with the flexibility to adjust working hours to meet frontline service demands. A willingness to travel throughout the Borough is also key to maintaining high service standards.

This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English
