We are very excited to be opening a brand new supported living home in Market Drayton and we are looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious people who boast integrity, who champion respect and who have a genuine interest in - and a passion for - supporting others to work flexibly with us.
We offer a variety of shifts and hours, and promise that no two days will be the same; each new shift will present you with inspiring opportunities to help you grow both professionally and personally whilst having a positive impact on the lives of those you support and their families.
Dimensions Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health or Social Care as full training is given.
We do have full time (37.5), part time (flexible) and relief hours available and working hours will be discussed at the interview.
What will I be doing?
- Proactively empowering and encouraging people to live as independently as possible; helping them to achieve his goals, support with hobbies and try/experience new things, whilst helping people to accomplish the smallest of daily tasks that most people take for granted. You'll achieve this by being sincerely and enthusiastically engaged in every aspect of their life - day or night
- Inspire people with personalised emotional support and reassurance, encouraging positive behaviours
- Present bespoke and attentive prompting and personal care support as/when required
- Safeguard people by always ensuring they are happy and comfortable, and that the environments always tidy, sanitary, and free form risk
- Co-producing and designing support in partnership with people, their families, and support teams. This includes developing and delivering support plans, and reviewing the support they receive against the Dimensions values
What training and development & benefits are available?
- A competitive payrate of £10.50 per hour + £45 per sleep in
- We offer a salary advance scheme where you can access up to 50% of the money you've earned before payday

- In addition to regular 1-2-1s and annual appraisals, we will help you develop and progress your career.
- We will pay for and support you to complete the Care Certificate, a requirement for people working in the health and social care sector
