The
** **Customer Supply Chain Coordinator works within the Twinings Supply Chain (TSC) function, collaborating with the wider UK Commercial department (including sales, marketing, and finance) to provide excellence in customer supply and service.

The role is responsible for supply chain management of over 320 trade customers with a turnover of £125 million and has a strong focus on collaborative relationship building and management of key accounts, aligned to business imperatives.

You will be an integral part of the wider Customer Logistics team providing cross functional cover for planning and stock management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order management processes for a number of customers (national and regional accounts)
- Manage all factors relating to service level provision to customer base
- Execute pricing process
- Customer Claims management
- Managing and executing key customer events (e.g. shippers, promotions, distribution changes, etc.),
- Leading regular collaborative meetings with key customers
- Drive efficiency and cost savings through analysis of data
- Accurate and timely customer data management and administration
- Representing customers internally through sharing information with other teams
- Stock reconciliation and management

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Previous experience of ERP system (SAP)
- Experienced in Customer Supply chain in a FMCG Business
- Experienced in a relevant service-focussed customer role, with a focus on delivery exceptional service
- Proficiency in Excel
- General understanding of Supply Chain processes and issues.
- Ability to manage various tasks under pressure
