Trainee Finance Broker

Halo Corporate Finance are currently recruiting a Trainee Finance Broker to join their very successful team in Northampton, on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be offered full comprehensive 'on the job’ training from our most experienced broker, whereyou will be qualifying leads, working to realistic KPI’S and building rapport with potential clients. With this you will be rewarded with a fantastic commission structure with year 1 OTE of £45,000 plus. If you have a keen willingness to learn, motivated bymoney and are looking to work with like-minded people, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Your job as a Trainee Finance Broker: (all with support from an experienced broker)**
- Qualifying leads
- Outbound calling to business to offer finance solutions
- Meet customers face to face and/or speak over the phone to discuss an array of finance options
- Work to realistic weekly & monthly KPI’s
- Develop & build a strong and profitable pipeline

**Desired Experience for our Trainee Finance Broker's**:

- Previous sales experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- Customer service driven
