Fish Restaurant in Borough market is now looking for full time experienced-reliable kitchen porter to join our team of six.
Please note that w are a fast paced restaurant experience in a busy service is essential.
The weekly schedule is 5 working days 2 days off. The shifts are 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11/12am.
**The main role is**:
- Day to day cleaning in our kitchen,
- Washing pots and pans, keeping floors clean, sanitizing food preparation areas and helping with food prep work.
- Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills and sinks
- Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly
- Supporting the Chef in basic food preparation
- Receiving deliveries and organising them in store
- Laundry selecting-bagging
**What we can offer**:
- Full time hours, averaging 40 hours.
- Earnings of £12.50/hour including tronc ,plus monthly bonus total up to £13/13.50 per hour
