Bearfields of London is based in East London and is accessible by both Overground Train, Underground Train, Mainline Train, Bus and car.

Unlike most Factory's we work Monday to Friday and the hours are a fixed part time afternoon shift starting at 3pm and working to 9pm. Overtime is often available and is paid at a premium rate of pay.

Many of our Managers started their work here as Factory Operatives, and our policy of promoting people from within our own pool of employees shows that we are commited to developing everyone who works with us to the best that they can and **want** to be.

We come to work with a smile and aim to leave with a smile too.

We will provide you with on the job training, and also external training will be made available after you have completed your first 3 months work which could include, First Aid, Fire Marshall, Healt5h & Safety, Pallet Trucks, and Fork Lift Trucks

Employees can buy our meat products at a greatly discounted rate, and you get a 1 hour break.
