**Job Title**: (Mandarin and English speaking) HR Officer

**Working Hours**: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri 09:00-17:30)

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Location**:Manchester

**Salary**:£25,000 - £28,000 per annum (offered dependant on experience and qualifications)

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
We are looking for a committed professional with a passion for HR to contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in performance management, recruitment, training & development, compliance administration, etc.

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Share responsibility of the execution and continuous improvement of the performance appraisals system; provide training and advise for line managers and employees to ensure the smooth running of the appraisal system;
- Share responsibility in work visa sponsors’ related duties such as RTW checks, generating CoS, record keeping standard for work visa holders, reporting duties, etc in line with UKVI requirements;
- Provide assistance and insights in designing and implementing training and development schemes in line with the company’s strategy;
- Share responsbility on any HR policy updates and developments as and when needed;
- Support with HR related administration;
- Undertake new HR project or tasks which will beallocated/designated in line with company strategy;
- Continuously develop professional knowledge and skills by keeping up to date with external trends and best practice HR.
- Must have a degree in HRM;
- Experience of working in an HR commercial based environment with stakeholder management experience in relation to human resource task and duties;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
- Ability to be resilient and innovative when facing adversity.
- A positive, constructive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Be able to demonstrate the sound work ethics of a HR professional.
- Be highly efficient with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in writing HR documents and policies.
- Willingness to work in a multi-cultural setting.
- Diligent, responsible, approachable, with teamwork spirit and great potential to develop.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin.
