**The Position**

As the Senior Billings & Credit Control Manager for a high profile leading national recruitment business, with a turnover of £300m across the group, you will be responsible for the overall management of a team of 10 ensuring the smooth operation of the CreditControl Department, its staff and clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and align billing processes of all entities in the group and Implement changes in the company's credit control system
- Regularly reviewing the process and procedures to reduce debtor days, escalation of queries to commercial directors to resolve client's queries
- Responsible for ensuring the team is invoicing accurately with correct paper trail, collecting debt to terms, and reconciling accounts to resolve problems.
- Assess, approve and manage credit limits
- Monitor and manage debt collection performance of the team
- Management of all internal and external relationships, including finance, insurers, banks and lawyers.

**You have**
- Previous experience of end-to-end credit control and accounts receivable processes
- Team management experience
- Proven experience of working on complex accounts with a successful track record of reducing aged debt.
- Oracle Netsuite experience for billing,credit notes and payment allocations
- Excellent written, numerical, communication and verbal skills
- Accurate administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to form effective working relationships
- Strong leadership and people management
- Commercially and practically minded with a hands on approach
- Experience of prioritizing workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities
- Member of Chartered Institute of Credit Management : Desirable, but not essential
- Full driving license
