Interim Head of Repairs

Campbell Tickell are working with a Local Authority based in London who are seeking an Interim Head of Repairs to join their team.

**Key responsibilities but are not limited to**:

- Oversee and lead repairs teams, including planning and administration, Direct Labour Organization (DLO), customer feedback team, surveyors, and contract management.
- Manage activities and expenditures to ensure a reliable repairs service for both residential and non-residential properties.
- Collaborate with all departments and residents to modernize and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the repairs service.
- Improve repairs performance, customer satisfaction, and in-house workforce productivity.
- Operate according to the company's delegation scheme and internal control framework.

**Essential Requirements, Qualifications & Experience**:

- Skilled in engaging and using various communication methods with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in engaging and communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels through various methods.
- Previous experience working in a local authority or in the housing sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £350.00-£440.00 per day
