Accounts Assistant

My client is an SME manufacturing business based in Dudley and they currently have an exceptional opportunity for a passionate, hungry, and driven individual who is keen to commence a career within accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mediumsized finance team within a company that will rotate your duties within the accounts team, giving you a wide range of experience and exposure to accounts.
You will report to the Finance Manager, and be responsible for processing supplier invoices, working daily on MS Excel, dealing with queries and performing supplier statement reconciliation. This role would suit someone who has some transactional financeexperience or has an administrative background who is looking for a more accounts-focused role.
Ideally you will:
- Have some work experience of transactional finance or administration
- Have an excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Be a confident communicator, with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Be an excellent team player, willing to help your colleagues with their workload
