Site Inventory Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise the Warehouse Management Systems within the Regional Distribution Centre and Deep store warehouse to deliver effective stock integrity and stock placement procedures for optimum efficiency.
**As part of your key responsibilities you'll**:
- Ensure both system and physical configuration of the warehouse is set up to achieve agreed Stock performance measures and accuracy and manage stock liability in line with commercial KPIs.
- Lead, engage and develop a Stock Management team.
- Deliver excellent service and review controls on a regular basis ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Use the Warehouse management system (Blue Yonder and occasionally RESUS) to assist in the location and retrieval of products.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure effective action is taken on damaged/unsolicited goods.
- Analyse and maintain accurate and robust daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environment standards are maintained and local improvement initiatives are supported.
**About You**
- Good MS Excel Skills (incl. PivotTables & VLOOKUP's),
- Work well in a team and good leadership skills,
- An understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
- Ability to work to targets and timescales,
- Previous experience in a Stock based role
- Analytical with an ability to problem solve
- Thorough understanding of goods inwards processes including supplier conformity and inventory integrity protocols

**Salary**: £40,561.37 per annum
