Join our team as a Sessional Cafe Supervisor in our Recovery Cafe, where we provide a safe space for individuals in recovery to socialise, relax, and enjoy delicious food and beverages.

**Hours**:16hours (zero hours contract)

**Responsibilities**:
**About The Role**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Supervise and coordinate the cafe staff volunteers, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the cafe.
- Handle cash transactions, reconcile sales, and prepare reports as needed.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with inventory management.
- Flexibility to work on a sessional basis, including evenings and weekends.
