My client are specialists in development refurbishment and strategic planning. Their aim is to create high quality investments and sustainable schemes in order to enhance spaces throughout asset management which on occasion involves third parties.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Updating and reconciling financial ledgers
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets for the company
- Preparing financial documents such as purchase orders and bank statements
- Verifying company expenses, bank deposits and bank payments
- Reporting discrepancies, mistakes or potential fraud to senior management
- Complying with financial laws and regulations alongside in-house policies
- Keeping their personal accounting qualifications up to date
- Researching and resolving discrepancies in a timely fashion

- Positive, flexible approach, willing to work hard.
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn from experienced Management Team.
- High level of accuracy and attention detail.
- Personable and friendly

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills with a desire to learn and develop
- IT literate, intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel an advantage.
- AAT qualified or undertaking a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA).
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willing to manage a small team, experience not essential
