Telemarketer

**Key duties and responsibilities...**
- Lead Generation Taking leads that are already in the CRM system and leads that come from the digital marketing campaigns, qualify them, warm up the enquiry and take it through to a F2F meeting for one of the field sales representatives.
- _Booking customer meetings. _You will be shared into the Business development managers calendars so that you can see when they are available to meet with prospects.
- Closing orders, certain prospects/ opportunities should be closed using quotations and directing customers to the website.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role - desirable but not essential
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and resilient
- Self-motivated
