Digital Marketing Apprentice

Our growing business needs a marketing apprentice who is self-sufficient and will help us scale, growing our brand in the property industry and attracting more customers. This role is heavily creative and will involve skills in SEO, content creation, videography, design, web development and copywriting.

**Annual wage**

£7,603.20 - £9,000

Monday - Friday.

30 hours per week - hours to be confirmed.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage Blue Bricks Magazine’s social media, producing daily content and growing our following
- Managing Blue Bricks Magazine’s website, analysing data and tweaking its design/layout to convert viewers into paying customers
- Working on a search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy that boosts our Google rankings and wins us more clients
- Filming video content and interviews with high-profile business owners and property investors. Filming video walkthroughs of development projects and investment properties
- Designing Blue Bricks Magazine and getting issues ready for print
- Creating marketing strategies and reactivation campaigns that attract new subscribers and advertisers to the magazine.
- Running pay-per-click advertising campaigns on behalf of the magazine
- You will be expected to travel as part of this role. On these occasions, travel and accommodation will be paid for on your behalf. Working away may come within your pre-agreed hours, or may be paid as part of your overtime. On occasions, you may need to work late hours to attend events. Again, this can be paid as overtime, or taken from your weekly working hours.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

- BCS Digital Marketer Level 3
- Google Analytics IQ

The Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship will give you the skills to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention.

The structured part of your apprenticeship training will be provided by JBC Skills Training. We are a specialist technical IT training provider.
You will also learn on-the-job, working alongside experienced colleagues.
