**Do you have experience supporting adults in their own home?**

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Support Workers to support an adult male with complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user lives in Accrington and requires care on a 2:1 basis throughout the night.

He has a great sense of humour and is looking for a like-minded person to join his team, share his banter and support him to access the community.

He enjoys watching sports, listening to music through his Alexa and watching soaps and box sets on the TV, along with a takeaway.

We are looking for people who can encourage and support him to get out and about, engaging in social and community-based activities and promote a positive mindset.

He will often say exactly what he is thinking and it is important that you are open minded and able see the lighter side of things

Our ideal applicant must have proven experience in managing challenging behaviours.

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Managing challenging behaviours

**Desirable Experience**
- Catheter Care

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time
- Minimum 24 hours per week
- Days
- 7am-7pm
