**Job Overview**

As a key member of the Hytec team, the role is focused on the expansion of the Hytec customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business customers for Hytec services and solutions as well as developing business opportunities withexisting customers. Providing complete and appropriate services which reduce complexity through innovative security services for our customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Job Function Tasks and Responsibilities**
To deliver Hytec security solutions and services to new and existing customers including, sales activities planning, account and partner management, business plan development and enablement, presenting, proof of concept arrangement, pipeline management andreporting.
- Create account plans for all customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales target quarterly and annual.
- Report accurately, regularly, and comprehensively to Director - Hytec on all sales matters as required.
- Update, on a regular basis, account details in CRM.
- Positive contribution and input to the team pre
- and post-sales activities including case studies, common opportunities, common issues, and threats.
- Positive contribution to help drive improvements in security solution and service functionality to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the customer expectation around the Hytec relationship and delivery.
- Maintain the current high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
- Assisting with marketing activities as required.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market/customer initiatives.
- Researching prospective customers in target markets.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective customers.
- Attending conferences and industry events.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience and evidence of selling security services and solutions (Cloud and SaaS solutions).
- Experience in working with technical and non-technical business personnel to C level in a manner appropriate to the stakeholder.
- Creative at building customer specific value propositions.
- Experience of working in multi-disciplined teams to deliver complex sales.
- Have good written and spoken English language skills and can create high quality presentation and proposal material.
- Ability to forge relationships at all levels with customers, business partners and colleagues.
- Ability to articulate the concepts and benefits of ROI.
- Ability to rapidly develop knowledge of key market issues and business drivers.
- Proven ability to make sound pragmatic decisions and judgements under tight timelines.

**Desirable Skills Qualifications**
- Experience of selling to local government
- Experience of selling Cyber and IT security services and solutions
- Experience of selling in Health and Social Care
- Knowledge of Information Security principles and concepts.
