**We are Looking for**:
A Private home tutor with at least 1-year experience tutoring Maths, English and or Science. For Pupils between year 6 and 11.

Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of UK School curriculum and the necessary skills needed to aid students in preparation for SATS and GCSE examinations.

Reliable and flexible private home/Center tutors

**You must**:

- Be available at least 5hours
- Have a positive approach to managing challenging behaviour
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Willing to travel to either W3 area or E9 postcode area (we need tutors either west London or east London)
- Have qualification equivalent to or higher than A-Levels.
- Have done GCSE / A- level in the United Kingdom or must be familiar with the National Curriculum through experience.

**Requirements**:

- Enhanced DBS
- At least 1 professional reference
- Prior experience tutoring and/or teaching
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes

**Responsibilities**:

- Teaching pupils at home, providing one to one classes in English, Maths and or Science in a creative and engaging manner.
- Providing feedback to parents and addressing any concerns
- Documenting daily progress of pupil
- Creating a manageable lesson plan which supports students school schedule.
- Marking, correcting, and delivering feedback on submitted homework assignments both online and in person
- Build and developing rapport with students to create a trusting dynamic

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.50-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Tutoring: 1 year (required)
