**Estate Agent selling Luxury Homes in Cotswolds**

Are you an experienced Estate Agent? Do you live within Cotswolds? Would you like to work with luxury homes in the prime market and earn over £100k a year? Fine & Country have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become a self-employed estateagent under a prestigious international brand

**How much can you earn**:
Our average fee is currently £20,000. You will earn 40%-50% of the fee. So selling one property would pay you £8,000, based on our average fee. Selling a £2 million property with a 2.5% fee (£50,000 fee) would be worth £25,000 to you.

**Agent responsibilities**
- Agents can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers, which is what most agents enjoy doing and are good at.
- Proactively target potential sellers
- Present an irresistible proposition to potential sellers
- Create world class marketing campaigns for luxury properties.
- Provide a first class service and deliver outstanding results for the seller.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial and able to work independently.
- Have previous estate agency experience and or sales experience
- Be a car owner with a full driving license, insured for business use.
