Marketing Assistant - Salary Salary: £22,000 to £24,000

**The Role**:
We’re currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our fun and friendly team based in Bournemouth.

This role will include a wide variety of marketing disciplines ranging from printing and dispatch of customer offers from our offices in Bournemouth, briefing and approval of large direct mail campaigns, local and national advertising and on site material such as menus and posters, through to online marketing.

You’ll be reporting to the groups Commercial Director and will be working closely with the Reservations team, Group Booking team, IT and Yield departments. This role will include working with various outside agencies.

During busy periods, you’ll also be expected to help the reservations team with inbound booking calls.

**Your Skills**:
As the role covers a wide range of disciplines, this role would suit someone with previous marketing experience, a marketing/business graduate or someone with travel and tourism experience who is looking for an exciting role where you’ll be able to gain plenty of experience.

While we aim to provide a fun working environment, we are looking for people that are hardworking and self-motivated and have a willingness to learn new skills. We work in a fast paced environment and are looking for someone that can work well to deadlines and under pressure.

You’ll be someone that works well in a team and has great communication skills as you’ll be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for some with good computer skills and any previous design experience would be an advantage. We will provide full training on our dedicated reservations system.
