**The role**

The purpose of the Product Change Specialist role is primarily to manage the delivery of changes as required across our global product portfolio, to all impacted documents, and to ensure that all global product literature is fit for purpose, legal and compliant.

**You'll help us make health happen by**
- Ownership, management and updating of key product literature on our WRAPS asset management system, including the removal of all expired literature as required
- Ensure that all product literature is accurate, compliant, meets all local regulatory requirements, and is presented in a way that aids customer understanding
- Support the delivery of key growth, regulatory and BAU initiatives, ensuring that product literature is updated in an accurate and timely manner
- Management and delivery of the annual ‘Rules Review' across the global product portfolio, ensuring all that all rule changes are reviewed, approved and implemented across our suite of product literature
- Stakeholder engagement and management as part of the Rules Review process and other product change activities
- Ensure that the governance process for the Rules Review and other product change is followed at all times
- Assist the wider Products team by inputting into annual product reviews, and by becoming a key product expert for our global suite of products
- Assist with the delivery of any internal and external product governance changes that affect the in-life product management framework

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**
- Experience of the creation and delivery, and in-life management of varied customer literature and/or communications across a range of markets
- Experience creating complex customer literature and/or comms, and presenting them in a way that aids customer understanding, whilst meeting all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels
- Clear communication and presentation skills, experienced at using storytelling to influence, and gain support from, key stakeholders across the business
- Strong attention to detail, as well as strong planning and organisational skills
