The hotel consists of 96 bedrooms across four room types, a relaxing spa with a range of professional treatments as well as a refreshing pool and hot tub, flexible function rooms and a stylish bar and restaurant to enjoy throughout the day. We are currently looking for a **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to join our Truly Talented team. Responsibilities of **Food and Beverage Supervisor** will include but are not limited to: - You will be expected to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence. You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team; - Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team; - To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation; - Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times; - Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner; - Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu; - Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection; - Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.
