**Meet Our Client**

A playful 17-year-old who enjoys music, games, and connecting with others in his own unique way. He is non-verbal and has both visual and hearing impairments, so understanding his needs takes time, patience, and a consistent, caring approach.

He loves hide and seek, pop music, and finds it hilarious when staff copy his sounds, it's one of his favourite ways to interact. He also enjoys listening to Mr Tumble and Peppa Pig.

Due to the complexity of his needs, we are looking for dedicated, long-term staff who can provide stability and build strong, trusting relationships. Full training will be provided to support his behaviours and ensure the best possible care.

He attends school Monday to Friday, and support is needed after school, overnight, and during the day at weekends to offer his family valuable respite. If you're patient, committed, and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Need**
- 3 months’ care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Clear communication skills
