**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills, fitness, and tactical understanding of the game.
- Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and tailored to the needs of the team.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to promote improvement and confidence.
- Organise and lead competitive matches, ensuring adherence to rules and sportsmanship.
- Monitor players' progress and maintain records of their development.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and respect among players, encouraging a positive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player performance and development.
- Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques, strategies, and safety protocols.
**Qualifications**
- some experience in football
- Strong understanding of football tactics, techniques, and fitness training.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate players effectively.
- Ability to motivate individuals and foster a sense of teamwork.
- Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
- A passion for football and a commitment to developing young athletes.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
