**Production Operatives**

We are looking for Production Operatives based in Northwich, Cheshire. Immediate starts, no weekends and full training provided

**Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 7:45-16:30. With a 12:15 early finish Friday**

**Pay rate - £11.00 per hour plus optional overtime paid at £16.50 per hour.**

**Duties**:
Working within small teams of two, completing basic, light assembly duties.
Training will be provided on the full assembly process, but after 1 week of training you will be expected to assemble, package and prepare all products to a reasonable standard without direct supervision. The role will also require you to complete more basic tasks during quiet times throughout the day, such as general shop floor clean downs etc.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team of 2.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to help meet the production deadlines.
