They also work closely with Managers, production members and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our goal is to achieve Operational Excellence, one of the three core competencies at MSBD Europe business along with Customer Intimacy and Unrivalled Products Innovation). - Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products. - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. - Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives. - Build and maintain relationships with all department heads in Europe, Japan and Taiwan, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals. - Ensure clear communication on planning and deliveries. Closely work with the head of customer experience to make improvements. - Plan, monitor, and analyses key metrics for the performance of the operations to ensure efficient and to build a world-class operational set of Panasonic compliant processes. - Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed. - Ensures all customer commitments are delivered on time every time. - Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments. - Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: - Degree Level with exceptionally broad and deep expertise. - 1-3 years relevant managerial experience. - Proven experience as production planner. - Excellent knowledge of quality control principles. - Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning). - Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems. - Strong mathematical and statistical skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication abilities **WHAT WE OFFER YOU**: - Competitive salary - dependant on experience. - Company pension contributions of up to 10%. - Free parking on site. - Annual leave entitlement of 24 days (+ bank holidays), increasing up to 30 (+ bank holidays) with length of service. - Death in service benefit of 4x annual salary. - Enhanced pay for maternity, paternity, bereavement, adoption, surrogacy and sickness. - Employee Assistance Programme. - Long Service Awards. - Exclusive 'Staff Sales' site for Panasonic products. - Training and development opportunities. **ABOUT US **:Panasonic is one of the largest and leading electronic product manufacturers in the world.
