**Location**: Multimatic Niche Vehicles Europe, Coventry, United Kingdom

**Scope of Position**:
To carry out driving activities using company vehicles. Collecting and delivering goods from Customers and Supplier collection points, packing these into the vehicle and then safely delivering products to Clients. Ensuring essential vehicle checks have been completed before driving. The Driver must positively always represent the company when out on the road and when interfacing with customers and suppliers. The Driver will also assist with loading/unloading of vehicles and general MPL duties when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering and collecting a wide variety of items including car body shells and painted panels
- Following delivery driving routes and time schedules
- Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle(s)
- Completing Vehicle Usage logs and reports
- Handling of heavy items and parcels
- Driving safely and following all laws and rules of the road
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Ensuring any scheduled maintenance requirements (servicing, brakes etc) are flagged in time
- Communicating with customers to update them on time delivery timings or schedule changes
- Carry out essential vehicle checks - Lights, Tyres, Oil, Brakes, Battery
- Loading, unloading, of the delivery vehicle(s)
- Preparing delivery notes for outbound part shipments
- Handling of heavy items and parcels

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must be able and confident to tow a car transporter trailer (B Category on your license)
- Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
- Administrative capabilities
- Delivery of products
- Shipping and receiving practices.
- Forklift experience nice to have but not essential

**Personal Requirements**:

- Flexibility to support overtime/out of hours work (evenings & weekends)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent communications skills, polite always with customers and suppliers
