They are now looking for an applicant who can take on board these key values and join the team as a business administration apprentice.
**Job Duties**:
- Preparing project folders.
- Use of and updating of CRM system.
- Organising servicing and updating service records.
- Organising training and updating training records.
- Arrange repairs.
- Reception/switchboard duties - meet and greet visitors, taking and transferring incoming calls.
- The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring that their bespoke equipment is correctly booked and delivered to the end user and maintain a high standard in customer relations.
- Carry out project analysis.
**Person Specification**:
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude and will be a self-motivated team player
- Our client is committed to developing you and enabling you to succeed in the role, so you must have the desire to want to grow and flourish within their business.
- A minimum of a C/4 in your Maths and English GCSEs.
**Hours**:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
**Salary**:
£12K - £14K per annum
