Night Picker

We are Looking for a night picker who is willing to put in a good shift for one of our customers in Downham market

Picker Job Responsibilities:

- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Making sure all are working in correct manor and adhering to healthy and safety as well as hygiene rules.
- Making sure all collections from delivery vans are correct and on time
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Working hours are 7pm - 3/4/5pm. However can be finished earlier depending on demand

It is 4 on 2 off (Rolling). Meaning you will work 4 nights then have two days off then 4 nights again and so on. (If this is hard to understand I am happy to explain)

**Salary**: £11.70 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
