**Position Description**
Position: Head of Projects
Reporting to: Chairman / Chief Executive
Location: Central London
**Salary**: Starting at £70,000 (Negotiable dependent on experience)
**Job profile**
The Head of Property is a multi-faceted role responsible for:
- Overall execution and coordination of Beaumont projects on both new and existing buildings including design, construction, procurement, delivery of project programmes, contracts, team management, and financial planning;
- Co-ordinating planned and reactive maintenance to mechanical, electrical and public health systems, and fabric maintenance. The role encompasses small works / maintenance of essential services and equipment found in all Beaumont buildings;

- Proven experience in construction and project management in the commercial real estate sector;
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance;
- Effective communicative and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability; willing to take on more as the company grows;

- Proficient IT skills;
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations;
**Key Responsibilities**
- Property team management;
New Projects
- Ensure all projects are completed within budget and to schedule whilst meeting client needs and business objectives;
- Implementation and management of project programmes ensuring successful completion;
- Developing budgets in line with project programmes
- Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure that they deliver what the building/project needs;
- Ensure compliance with appropriate statutory and regulatory requirements;
- Administration and valuation of contract works;
- Ensure comprehensive handover of completed works to Operations team;
- Develop Beaumont Design Handbook and ensure all works adhere to the guidelines;
Existing Centres
- Planned preventative maintenance regimes for all building elements - mechanical, electrical, public health and fabric;
- Draw-up and manage effective reactive maintenance procedures;
- Reviewing prices for services work;
- Ensure compliance with appropriate statutory and regulatory requirements;
- Ensure subcontractors are closely managed and that all terms and conditions are adhered to;
