Plant Operator

An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, based at Ruddington. We are looking for a Plant Operator to join us on a permanent full-time basis.
- We need a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others and to work independently at times without supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Willingness to learn new skills and personally develop
- Willingness to undertake relevant training for the role which will be provided by Frontier including specific machine familiarisation and accredited forklift truck and loading shovel courses.
- A full UK driving license

**The role - Key responsibilities**
- Assist the site team to comply with health, safety, and quality policies
- Undertake training required to fulfil the role
- Ensure general housekeeping and hygiene of the site is maintained
- Maintain workspace and machinery
- With support from team members produce materials to the set specification
- Join team production planning meetings
- Operate plant machinery using a desktop control system
- Load / unload vehicles as required
