**Field Service Engineer**

**Aylesbury**

**£28k - £32k**

**Permanent**

**8am - 4:30pm with 30 minute lunch-break**

**1 in 4 Weekends and required to work 2 Bank Holidays Per year.**

**Purpose of Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To make sure that certain activities are carried out safely in accordance to all relevant country specific Health & Safety legislation.
- Take part in training events as appropriate to the role, this may require travel to locations outside of country.
- Perform service and installation assignments
- Troubleshooting of equipment at customers fuel/retail/commercial locations including dispensers & pumps, payment terminals, tank gauges, EV chargers and other applicable products.
- Plan, report and document all work activities
- Order and manage spare parts needed to perform their tasks in accordance with country process.
- Perform all daily work in an efficient and cost-effective way.

**Background & Skill**:

- Valid Driving License
- Previous experience in field technical service work.
- Experienced in electrical, mechanical and fault-finding techniques
- Previous experience with EV chargers, preferred but not essential
- Certificates for electrical installation work, preferred but not essential
- Customer relations skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Professional telephone manner
- Proactive and positive
