**Group Revenue Controller**
**A superb opportunity has arisen to join my client, a sports data and technology company as a Head of Revenue / Group Revenue Controller.The focus of this role is to provide oversight of the revenue function and promote accounts receivable excellence.It is also desirable for the individual to have experience in SOX compliance, Workday and Salesforce.**
**Excellent salary and location, my client offers a great deal of flexibility and is interested in those who have relevant experience and have had leadership exposure.**
**Responsibilities include**:

- Preparation, posting and review of revenue transactions
- Leadership and development of Global revenue function.
- Improvements in revenue processes.
- Control owner and responses for the completion of related SOX revenue controls
- Supporting FP&A and Financial Accounting teams with variances analysis and support
- Responsible for detailed revenue reporting including flash estimates in line with month end timelines.
- Month End reconciliations: revenue schedule to Trial Balance.
- Development of revenue dashboards/Workday reports for budget holders.
- Review & approval of any overage & revenue share calculations and ensuring correct commercials are applied.
- Review & approval of deferred and accrued income & certification of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review & approval of monthly Bad Debt provisioning.
- Lead bad debt committee & ensure credit control procedure is being upheld.
- Quarterly (US) & Annual (UK) audit requests as required.
- Assist the internal control team to ensure that revenue processes are SOX compliant on an ongoing basis.
- Other Ad hoc work as initiated or required.
