As a Commercial Cleaner you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards. Working within our cleaning department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness throughout our park whilst providing excellent customer service to our tenants. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, including: - Thoroughly cleaning washrooms, ensuring toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and floors are spotless. - Replenishing soaps, toilet rolls, and hand towels to maintain a pleasant and well-stocked atmosphere. - Cleaning communal areas, including seating and tables, to provide a welcoming space for all. - Performing office cleans, dusting desks, vacuuming, and removing rubbish for a tidy and organised workspace. - Maintaining a clean and well-organised cleaning cupboard for efficient operations. - Placing weekly orders for cleaning products to ensure we never run out of essential supplies. - Following provided Procedures and Work Instructions for safe and effective cleaning practices. **Additional Duties and Responsibilities**: As required by the Business and/or directed by Management **Person Specification**: **Essential**: - Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery with ease and safety. - Physical agility to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during your working hours. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their proper storage, and safe disposal methods. - Excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively within the team and customers. - Outstanding organisational skills to manage your tasks efficiently and deliver exceptional results. - Self-motivation to identify and complete necessary tasks without direct supervision. - Flexibility to arrive on-site for a 6am start, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment from the beginning of the day. **Desirable**: - Full clean driving licence. **Hours of Work**: 06:00 - 15:00, Monday - Friday (40hrs per week, 1hr unpaid lunch break) **Renumeration**: - £23,795.20 per annum. - £11.44 per hour. - Enhanced overtime rates. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £23,795.20 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Employee discount - Free parking - Health & wellbeing programme - On-site parking - Sick pay Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Overtime Work Location: In person
