We are looking to recruit a **Female Waking Nights Support Worker** for a supported living service in Ellesmere Port. This role is permanent and on a fixed rolling rota.

Role 1
- **Single Work Location at a Supported Living service in Great Sutton**:

- 21.5 hrs p/w over 2 days, 1 in 3 weekends in (on average based on a rolling rota)
- Full training provided
- 5.6 weeks paid annual leave
- Day hours also available as overtime
- **£11.00 per hour**

You will support our clients while they sleep, by carrying out essential checks throughout the night and monitoring any activity which may need your assistance. There will also be another member of staff on a sleep shift should you need additional support. Your presence is vital in maintaining the health, safety and wellbeing of those you support. One of our clients has epilepsy so you will carry out related training to support you. Some experience of this condition and also in a waking night support role would be an advantage, but not essential.

+ **We Support offers PERMANENT CONTRACTS**
+ Fixed rolling shift pattern assigned to you so that you know your regular hours of work on an ongoing basis
+ You will work 2-4 shifts per week depending on the role
+ You are guaranteed to have 2 weekends off in 3 on Waking Nights and work alternate weekends for full time roles
+ There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, as we value a healthy work-life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them
+ You will have access to lots of support from great managers and the opportunity to complete an NVQ
+ Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment.
+ You will generally work in the same house on each shift. There is generally no travelling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
+ The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
