CCTV Engineer Assistant

The Lanes Group needs more CCTV Engineer Assistants to boost the team and manage our increased workload to our growing depot network.

**About you**:
You’ll already be familiar with state of the art drainage CCTV equipment, but you may not have drainage experience. That’s OK — we’re happy to train you to the appropriate standard. You will need a UK driving licence though, and an up to date CSCS card.

You’ll be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public, and observe all health and safety procedures. And you’ll love working outdoors. Being flexible is essential: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours call-out rota.

**The job**:
As part of a two-person team and working from one of our custom-equipped, hi-tech vans, you’ll visit all types of clients — commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, utility, etc. — across the region. You’ll assist the CCTV engineer who will be carrying out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, assess pipe conditions, analyse results and produce high quality reports. And you’ll check and maintain the kit regularly to make sure it’s in top condition. It’s all crucial work.
