The CLO group is part of a wider European ABS business and focusses on originating and Executing a wide range of European CLO mandates. The Director would act as No.2 in the group supporting the team head on Origination and taking the lead of Deal execution.Candidates will need proven CLO deal structuring and execution experience and will need to demonstrate that can run a transaction and manage more junior colleagues to deliver under tight deadlines. They will also need first class modelling skills and a detailfocussed handle on complex documentation.
