Working on dnata’s easyJet contract, you will be working with easyJet, who as Europe’s leading airline offers a unique and winning combination of the best route network connecting Europe's primary airports, with great value fares and friendly service.

As part of the retail HUB dedicated to easyJet you will play an integral part of this delivery.

You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is adhering to any regulations relevant to the business, delivering an audit plan and conducting internal audits on products and processes to ensure they are being adhered to. In addition, you will alsobe responsible for the collation of all statistical information on both food safety and health & safety, for production of the monthly compliance report for the region and for collation of internal compliance audits covering both food safety and health andsafety

You will be an integral part of a busy team with strong communication skills and have the ability to build relationships quickly with senior stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. You will have a good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel andthe capability to identify trends and outcomes.

Ensuring compliance to legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practice and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary.

You will pride yourself on delivering our world famous 5* customer service, investigating issues when needed, and maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.

You will be a self-motivated, consistently professional individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in all you do. You strive to exceed your internal and external customers’ expectations and have a high level of attention to detail,alongside a methodical and logical approach to work.
