Selective Marketplace Ltd is s a privately-owned company with two premium womenswear brands: Wrap London and Poetry.

We design and develop the collections at our studio near Putney Bridge, London, taking inspiration from trends in fashion but also from the wider world of art a culture. Attention to detail and touches of femininity make our everyday styles feel luxurious, yet laid-back and wearable

At Wrap we are looking to hire a Sales Leader to work in our flagship store in Notting Hill. Where you will join and become part of our Selective Marketplace family, working in a supportive environment and contributing to the store’s success.

**Responsibilities**

The responsibilities of the Sales Leader will include but not be limited to:

- Confidently execute store openings/closing procedures.
- Drive store sales & lead by example to other team members.
- Have exceptional literacy, numeracy and effective communication skills.
- To report into and work effectively with the Store Manager in planning the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Supervising the team and solicit advice where needed.
- To train new starters and support them in their journey.

This position will ideally suit someone who is currently in a Supervisor role looking to further advance their career. It is a great time to join us as we continue to grow and develop as a business. **Your Development**

During your journey at Wrap, you will be supported in your role and development by the Store Manager who has extensive knowledge in this field which you will use to guide you and the store to success.

The role available is working full time 5 days, Monday - Sunday on a flexible working shift pattern (40 hours per week) between 9.00am and 7.00pm.
