- Are you an expert quantitative market research Director and do you enjoy doing strategic work for the greatest clients on the planet?_
The company is a super creative and strategic market research agency, and they are now looking for a Senior Research Director to head up their quant team.
This agency only do creative, strategic and innovative work, they follow flexible working arrangements blending some work in their spectacular new Central London office and the rest from home.
Previous experience in FMCG and tech would be beneficial, but most importantly they are looking to bring in an very experienced quantitative researcher with excellent client liaison skills.
**The Role**
- Business leadership through developing strategic client and partner relationships
- Team leadership through directing multiple projects concurrently from design to presentation
- Oversee the development of the quant team
- Solid market research agency experience at the Research Director level
- Experience in every aspect of the quantitative research process including proposal writing, survey design, analysis reporting and presenting
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and staff
