**The Opportunity**

This is an excellent opportunity to join Accounts Payable team within Shared Service Centre. You will be working as part of the team and will be responsible for a full cycle of Accounts Payable processing.
Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Processing of high volume of supplier invoices
- Resolution of invoice/purchase order queries
- Dealing with external and internal supplier/customer queries
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Production of weekly payment run
- Month end purchase ledger reporting
- Review of supplier account balances
- Providing statistics for departmental monthly KPIs reporting

You will offer excellent customer service and will enjoy working collaboratively as part of the busy Finance Team. You will demonstrate accuracy, initiative and ownership.
In addition, you will have the following skills:

- Qualifications are desirable
- Previous experience of working within Finance or busy Administration team
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
- Previous experience of working with accounting system is preferable
