**The Vacancy**

**Recruitment Partner**

**Salary**: £45,000 per annum + performance related bonus

**Location**:Hybrid (Home / Glasgow Head Office, Caledonia House, Lawmoor Street, G5 0US)

**Contract type**: Fixed Term Contract (1 Year)

**Full time**: 37.5 hours per week working Monday - Friday

- Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to ensure a competitive and effective recruitment approach.

**Here's what we would like from you**:

- Previous Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Recruiter in the facilities management, engineering, or construction industries is essential.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the facilities management sector, along with its roles, responsibilities, and specific skill requirements.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing recruitment needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies.
