Summary
Rakuten Advertising is currently hiring for a Facilities Coordinator, currently located in Brighton. Rakuten is a world-leading, fast-paced organisation with a huge business portfolio. This role will be based in Brighton but will require occasional travel to our other site, including London, Paris and Berlin. This position will allow you to join a busy, ever-growing team, with new challenges every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing and maintaining cleaning and basic office supplies
- Keeping a calendar overview of office events and training programmes
- Updating distribution lists
- Maintain post & storage areas and organise couriers for all teams when needed.
- Maintain security and access pass records and create/deactivate security passes
- Maintain remote records and supplies for Berlin office (with occasional travel)
- Update Brighton company invoicing and expenses using bespoke software
- Work as part of a team to deliver Special Projects (Sustainability Team, People Experiences etc.)
- Greeting Clients/Visitors at reception and manage client-facing meeting spaces to ensure a high standard at all times.
- Any other duties within the scope and purpose of the role as required by the Regional Senior Facilities and Operations Manager

- Relevant experience is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with mínimal supervision
- Ability to handle routine interruptions, and a flexible approach to changing priorities with ease as well as the ability to move at a fast-pace
